Influenza Season Is Upon Us.
In 27 years of practice, I have never seen it this bad!
Tips for prevention include:
Staying away from people with known influenza.
Make sure you are getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.
Don’t touch your face.
Don’t drink after others or allow them to drink after you.
Increase water & vitamin C in your diet.
Be sure to wash your hands for at least 30 seconds with soap & water before eating after touching doorknobs, cabinet tops & grocery carts.
Cough in your arm instead of in your hands.
See your Physician as soon as symptoms of sore throat, cough, headache, sinus congestion, or muscle aches occur, to get diagnosed & treated as quickly as possible.
